Smash & Grab Burger Co.

Heard about this place recently and figured I'd give it a fair shot. Tried the mushroom and Swiss burger and it was quite decent, but not the best I've had in this area, especially for the higher than average prices. The fries have some kind of flavor to them, but not enough for me, and they were rather greasy. The smash sauce was really good though, and I would recommend anyone who comes through to give it a shot. Service was fairly quick so no complaints there. I only sat in the main dining area and the atmosphere was rather lacking, but I noticed a large section for children to play in, so it may be a draw for families.

Delish! Our daughter got chicken strips. They were so juicy! Our son got some mini corn dogs, who could go wrong with those! My husband and I both got some burgers with sauce. So juicy and full of flavor! We got in before the crazy dinner rush and it was pretty fast! Way to go!

Great service, quick to the table, and clean facilities. The food was great. I would like to see some decor on the walls. Something cool like retro mixed with pop culture. The only criticism is that there isn't much to look at while eating, not a huge deal, but it's the little things ya know! I'll be back, I'll send my friends, rather spend 17 bucks on a burger fries and a drink from a local business than any fast food.

I had a patty melt and my wife had a regular hamburger. Both sandwiches were really good and the server was super friendly. The fries are very good also. This was our first visit and we were very pleased and will be back soon.

We've enjoyed Smash & Grab Burger Co. on several occasions and continue to look forward to our next visits! The smash patty burgers are our favorite burgers around! The sides, especially the fries, are equally worth the hype! Considering the quality of food and service, the price is more than reasonable. The staff greet us with a smile each time and attentively thank us as we leave. It definitely has a genuine hometown vibe! We're super happy to have Smash & Grab Burger Co. in Knoxville!

The food was absolutely amazing. There were 5 of us. Not a one of us had a complaint. We walked out stuffed. Food was warm and fresh. I don't think they could do wrong there. Love giving positive reviews. This one absolutely is deserved. If I'm ever back there. I'll eat there again. No questions asked. Sides are well worth it. Saved them for when I got home. A finalist in the Iowa’s best burger 2025. It has counter service and a small seating area. Very plain. But in my opinion, their burger was better than the best burger winner.
